A Signal Affair is our 4th casino benefit. It will take place November 2nd from 6pm to 10pm (doors open at 5:30pm) at Copper Roux (861 South Broadway), and celebrates 28 years of providing access to print information to people who can’t read due to a disability.
Dinner is provided by Bayou Bluegrass and is served at 6pm. Gaming tables open at 7pm and close at 9:30pm. The silent auction will be open from 5:30pm to 9:30pm.
Tickets are $53 (including tax, $20 tax-deductible) and include a drink ticket, dinner, and fun money for games. A cash bar will also be available.
Funds raised at the event will support the mission of Radio Eye by ensuring that people who are blind, visually impaired, or have any disability that makes reading difficult or impossible have access to the same printed material that a sighted person has.
This is one of the only events in Lexington where attendees can play craps and roulette (and learn how to play the games in a low-stakes environment), and square off against friends at blackjack and poker – all while benefiting a nonprofit that helps over 10,000 people statewide.
A Signal Affair is cocktail casual, will have plenty of fun prizes for you to spend your winnings on, and a great silent auction!
Save the date and start charming Lady Luck because this is one event you do not want to miss!
